Correspondence, and miscellaneous clippings, photographs, invitations, programs, and printed material relating to memorials for American Field Service (AFS) drivers (particularly the AFS Wing in the Museum of Franco-American Friendship in BleĢrancourt, France); AFS driver reunions, 1920-1984, in England, France, and the United States; the participation of AFS drivers and ambulances in the Victory Parade, London, 1946; the AFS Association, the New York Headquarters Clubhouse, the United States Army Ambulance Service Association, and other organizations; miscellaneous other activities that the AFS participated in after each war. Also, letters and clippings, 1921-1986, relating drivers' postwar activities; lists of drivers' names and addresses, and files containing obituaries, correspondence, clippings, and other biographical material on artists and writers who served as volunteer ambulance drivers, and other AFS personalities, particularly A. Piatt Andrew (AFS's first Director General) and Stephen Galatti (AFS's second Director General).
